For grazers, the sleek Kitchen Bar overlooking the exhibition kitchen is the perfect vantage point to chow down on specialty pizzas, cheeseburgers, charcuterie and cheese, or pasta, all prepared before your eyes by Chef Christopher and his team. And if want to stop in for a snack between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. seven days a week, pull up a seat and we'll pick up half the tab.

If you're craving the Red Bell Pepper or Wild Mushroom soup, Christopher's smoked salmon, or the mouth-watering Smoked Truffle Infused Filet Mignon from days gone by, don't despair -- it's all here -- along with a daring menu of fun and inspiring American Contemporary French-inspired fare.

Crush Lounge takes on its own personality and your appetite. Plop down in a cozy banquette for a signature Crush cocktail or a glass of wine from sommelier Paola Embry's award-winning wine list, ranging affordably through most of the world's varietals. Munch on a Goat Cheese and Roasted Garlic Pizza, Vanilla Dusted Scallops, or the smooth Mac 'n' Cheese au gratin, studded with bits of ham.

The big finish? Who can resist the knockout Chocolate Tower that stars in Julia Child's cookbook...if you dare to resist then the Grand Marnier souffle makes a great supporting player.
